Shipping Locations: We ship our products across India. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of order placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, deliveries are made within 3-7 business days after the order is processed.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. The exact shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order on the shipping carrier’s website.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our customer support team for assistance.
3. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid any delays in delivery. Narieo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
4. Delivery Issues
Undeliverable Packages: In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Narieo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
5. Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
6. Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 90 Mins of placing your order. Once the order is processed and shipped, we will not be able to make any changes or cancellations.
