Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for select locations. A nominal fee may apply for COD orders.

Double Payments: If you notice that you have been charged twice for the same order, please contact our customer support team with proof of the double payment. We will investigate the issue and process a refund for the duplicate charge if applicable.

5. Refunds
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Refund Conditions: Refunds are subject to our Return and Cancellation Policy. Only eligible returns will be processed for refunds.


6. Currency
Indian Rupee (INR): All transactions on the Narieo website are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes.
