Your health and hygiene are our top priorities. Due to the personal nature of Narieo's menstrual and hygiene products, all sales are final once delivered.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at care@narieo.com with detailed information and supporting photos or videos. Each case will be reviewed individually. Once we receive your complaint, we will thoroughly investigate and inform you of our findings within a reasonable timeframe. Please note, we only accept claims for order-related issues (such as damage, defects, or incorrect items) within 3 days of delivery.

Narieo Cancellation Policy

Typically, orders are dispatched within a day, so we suggest submitting cancellation requests within 90 minutes of order confirmation. If you need to cancel your order within this window, please reach out to us through our Whatsapp Support or email us at care@narieo.com.

For cancelled prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
